Challenge and solution

Challenge:

Due to a complicated procedure for report writing, as well as new educators arriving from overseas each year, data entry for reports was ineffective, causing lost time for the project manager and frustration for instructors.

Solution:

As the instructors were computer literate but had limited time for synchronous or in-person training, the most effective solution was to design and develop an eLearning course to break down each step of the process with regards to the entry of narratives, skills, grades and final submission of data.

This 5 tab interaction was an overview of the process presented at the beginning of the eLearning course and is designed as a digital job aid to be used during each reporting process.
