Challenge and Solution

Challenge:

When learning moved online during the pandemic, learners faced the challenge of not having daily face-to-face access to me as their educator. However, they were still expected to complete their research project for the external examining body. This was a long-term research project to be completed over the course of two years. Therefore, learners needed a resource to continuously refer back to when they needed it.

Solution:

In order for learners to access this information at home whenever they wanted, I made this video to take them through the main points. They could stop and start the video when they needed to in order to digest the information and access aids made for them linked to the YouTube video. Doodly was the tool of choice in an effort to make it enjoyable and accessible for the learners.
